Unfortunately, there's no magic pill but neither is it going to be hard work. I'll help you deal with your chemistry (your symptoms and what’s going on inside), your lifestyle, and how you feel about who you are. When you work on all these elements together, the results can be truly astonishing.
I’ve spent years in clinic working with clients just like you who have discovered that losing weight is not just about eating less until you can stand it no longer. I help people fix their relationship with food and eat the ‘right’ things for them – and this is absolutely
critical after 40 because the rules suddenly get very different. That’s the ‘nutritional therapy’ part. What is unique about my approach is I also coach and motivate my clients to follow their plan, keeping them accountable for what they’re up to. When you work with me, it’s your plan not mine.
I just help you have a breakthrough in what matters to you most. Although I'm based in Chelmsford in Essex, the vast majority of my consultations are now online on Zoom, my virtual clinic room. This enables me to consult with clients nationwide - and worldwide.

I help all women over 40 (and sometimes their partners, too) reach their happy weight, rediscover their energy, tame their raging hormones so they can say goodbye to sleepless nights, hot flushes and midlife angst. And deal with anything else their GP is not happy with, from cholesterol and blood pressure to blood sugars.
