I’m an award-winning Registered Nutritionist & Nutrigenomics Expert with over 10 years clinical experience working in women’s health. I’m also the author of the new book Everything they told you about menopause weight loss is wrong - a nutrition and lifestyle guide to help you fix your midlife metabolism.
Based in Chelmsford, Essex, I work with women across the UK and online who want to feel more like themselves again. Lighter. Calmer. Energised. Back in control.
